Three Toronto-area men charged in Ottawan’s death
Three Toronto Escort Agency-area men jointly face one count of first-degree murder after a 19-year-old Ottawa man was killed in a home invasion early Monday morning.
Police formally charged Kristopher Allan Mclellan, 20, Dylon Tyrone Barnett, 19, and Kyle Mullen, 19, Tuesday.
Police also confirmed that the victim was 19-year-old Michael Swan. An autopsy revealed that he died as a result of a gunshot wound. He was the city’s third homicide of 2010.
Police found Swan with multiple gunshot wounds after receiving a call for service at 4139 Moodie Dr. at around 1 a.m.
